At VINNY's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
